Overview

PBSC’s Emergency Escape Panel, also known as a break-out panel, service access panel, or kick-out panel, provides a quick escape from a cleanroom or containment-controlled environment. Also regularly used as a window that can be easily removed for equipment access routes during planned shutdowns.

The breakout panel is available with a PBSC flush 1.6mm thick frame in either polished stainless steel or polyester powder coated finish. The panel has a high-quality acrylic sheet fitted with a rubber gasket and engineered bespoke to your specific requirements and specifications.

Quick to remove, it takes around 6 seconds to fully remove the lightweight panel providing a fast means of escape when required.

Maximum size of 1.4m wide x 2.5m High

The unit whilst sealed is not fully airtight.
